Years ago a wise woman (my mother-in-law) told me that she learned to love sports when she realized that is what her husband and sons were into and she didn't want to get left behind. I'm starting to jump on that bandwagon because this is what life looks like at our house. Kent is one of the coaches for Ethan's football team again this year. Ethan is a dedicated player. They practice three times a week with a game every Saturday. Kent is a very dedicated coach. One night he said, "Do you know where I can get a laminator so I can laminate my play cards? I have the best plays this week!" When he found out I own one he was over the moon! Hah! Cannon dressed up in his football clothes in school colors to cheer on the Grizzlies. Grandpa and Grandma Robbins were able to see a couple of games. We made sure to keep Cannon under the umbrella but the poor little boy STILL got a sunburn.
These next series of shots are of Ethan catching the ball and running it down the field!

He even had some girls from our ward cheering him on!
When we are not coaching or playing football- we are watching football!

Oh, this brought back so many memories--I'll never forget the time Ethan's daddy ran the ball back down almost the entire length of the field before anyone even figured out he had the ball! It was great! Thanks for the pictures! It really helped us get a feel for Ethan's game since we weren't able to come. I always love to watch Ethan play sports. He puts everything he has into every single sport he plays!
