day one

When my parents picked us up at the airport they gave us these necklaces. When we arrived at the hotel we were welcomed so warmly by everyone. The first two nights we stayed at the Radisson that had an amazing pool that overlooked the ocean.
My mom is so cute. She had bags, towels, flowers, skirts and chocolates waiting for us.
We had breakfast on the beach each morning.
Camille and I went on a helicopter ride through the rainforests and canyons.
We had lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe at the marina. Then we stopped in at a darling little candy shop.
At night, the hotel had firedancers on top of the waterfall.
Then we had Japanese for dinner.
We met up with a couple of Elder's from my parents mission. The Fijian elder is actually a brother of a King that covers several villages. It was fascinating to talk to him and learn more about his culture.

Keep the pictures coming!!! This looks so amazing- I am especially envious of the helecopter ride. I am so glad you were able to go on this trip, even if I missed you!
