These are Christy's little sisters. They made adorable flower girls Everyone loved the "candy bar!" Here are pictures of the night (before the lights were lifted in the center).
This is the guest book table. Along with the "Take a Wish, Make a Wish." She had two jars on the table. One was filled with wishes from the bride and groom for their guests to take with them. The other jar was empty, with blank paper in front of it so the guests could write their wishes for the bride and groom and leave them in the jar. Christy saw that in a magazine and we loved the idea. Reagran and I had some willing helpers that hammered this arbor together for the bride and groom to stand on. We had their names, and a favorite quote, on the mirrors that surrounded the room.
Natalie - Something happened to my last comment, maybe it will reappear?!?! Anyhow, I really love your blog! You are so classy, talented, gorgeous, and a fun, creative Mama!
Everything turned out so beautiful!! I bet you are exhausted!! Simply enchanting and the bride looked SO HAPPY!! I bet she felt like I princess. You are so sweet!!
Natalie, This reception looks awesome! Was it in a church gym? I love the tables facing each other with the open floor in the middle. And I love the decorations. Great job in transforming the place and making it magic. I bet the bride and groom felt so special. love you, Joy
I love to celebrate the little things along with the big things in life. I love being able to stay at home (without any crazy "work from home" job). My kids are my whole world. I look at them and realize how blessed I am to be their mom. Our youngest child, was born with a terminal disease called Menkes disease. We are trying to not take one memory for granted as we learn the joy of Eternal Families. My husband works at a dental practice just a few blocks from home. We live in a small town and really have found our place here. We miss being close to family but have been lucky to have wonderful friends here that feel like family.
