So I tried my first attempt with a fondant cake (refer to "27 dresses" post). It wasn't as hard as I expected it to be- I had a lot of help. My friend, Kathy, is throwing a party for her daugher, Lia, who turns eight this week. We are challenging ourselves to make this cake for Lia in her favorite colors. I am excited to see how it turns out.
