I went into it trying to have low expectations, movies are never as good as the book! And I would have been so sad if they butchered this movie. I was pleasantly surprised! I was better than I thought, the casting was really good. At first I wasn't sure about Rob P. as Edward. No more doubts lingering here! I am so ready to see it again and don't want to have to wait for the next one. Your party looked fabulous, I know you guys worked so hard to pull it off, and I'm sure it was a huge success!
I saw it at midnight. I was sick with a terrible cold. I went in with incredibly low expectations and found myself laughing and enjoying it more than I thought I would. Not my favorite movie ever, not even a tenth of the greatness the book was, but I was pleasantly surprised... And what did you think?
I LOVED it! They did a really good job of portraying the characters as I'd imagined them, and as they were in the books. Bella was SO down to earth, just like the book. Edward had to grow on me, he was kind of creepy at first, but that's how he was in the books too! The director added a bit of "artistic liscence" I suppose, and the special effects were a little wanting, but for someone who had read the books, it definately left me wanting MORE!!!
I love to celebrate the little things along with the big things in life. I love being able to stay at home (without any crazy "work from home" job). My kids are my whole world. I look at them and realize how blessed I am to be their mom. Our youngest child, was born with a terminal disease called Menkes disease. We are trying to not take one memory for granted as we learn the joy of Eternal Families. My husband works at a dental practice just a few blocks from home. We live in a small town and really have found our place here. We miss being close to family but have been lucky to have wonderful friends here that feel like family.

I hope they remake this movie. Poor Stephanie Meyers. I'm going to stick with the books.
